Who We Are Michael Jordan started Jordan Electronics in 1982, as a manufacturer of custom electronics for the entertainment industry. When Michael recognized the need for qualified technicians to service and repair professional lighting equipment, he began offering the service to all who realized the need to maintain the expensive equipment they'd invested in. Since then, Jordan Electronics has provided service for several major lighting companies and venues in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Since 1993, we have been an authorized service and installation center for Electronic Theater Controls, commissioning new systems and providing periodic service and upgrades. We have installed over 145 systems in a myriad of locations in the western United States, 1/3 of which have been installed in the last year, alone! In 1998, Jordan Electronics moved into offices in Downey, CA; convenient to both Los Angeles and Orange County venues. Our services include all major brands of lighting and control equipment, including Strand Lighting, Colortran, Teatronics, Kliegl, Electro Controls and more.
